Sankara Nethralaya USA continues its commitment to providing quality eye care to underserved communities through the MESU Adopt-A-Village initiative.
The Ettayapuram MESU Camp has been supported by Shining Sprouts Foundation, Phoenix, AZ, USA, helping bring essential eye screening and treatment services closer to rural communities in Tamil Nadu.
Since 2025, the initiative has conducted 14 MESU eye camps, screening more than 10,312 patients and facilitating 956 cataract surgeries as of September 2026.
